主题：Contract Bargaining with Risk-averse Agent

摘要：

We seek to introduce bargaining power in a moral hazard framework where the principal is risk-neutral and the agent is risk-averse. We aim to show that the power of incentive increases with the agent’s bargaining power if the contracts induce a high effort. However, the contracts induce a high effort less often as the agent’s bargaining power increases, which is in sharp contrast to the literature which features risk-neutral agent protected by limited liability.

演讲者简介：李三希，先后在武汉大学数理金融实验班获得腐漫网 学士学位、硕士学位，2011年在法国图卢兹大学获得腐漫网 博士学位，目前在腐漫网 任教。他读博期间曾获法国政府艾菲尔奖学金和国家留学基金委2011年度海外优秀自费留学生奖学金。他已在法文杂志Revue Economique和英文杂志Economics Letters上发表论文，另外有文章已经被Journal of Econmics和Mathematical Social Science要求小修改。他现在的研究兴趣为信息腐漫网 ，产业组织理论以及风险和配对理论。。
